The second project was a total make over of the main bathroom. We could not have asked for better contactors and workers. They designed both projects taking in consideration our wishes, ideas and budget. The work was excellent and it was done rapidly and efficiently. They were very well organized. At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. They were very professional, respectful and polite while working. Their workmanship skills were remarkable. We are totally satisfied with the work done in our house. “Jeff was recommended to me by a real estate broker who had used Jeff's services herself. We had spent a great deal of time looking for someone to install a new staircase railing in a home that was 113 years old. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff as he is definitely a "make it right" the first time type of professional. Jeff came to the home on time, prepared an estimate and said the job could be done within a week. This was music to my ears after such a long search for someone capable of doing the railing. Jeff took the added measure of having a colleague come with him to confirm the length of handrail required. They then went to pick up the materials and delivered them back to the house. As promised, Jeff showed up on the Friday and completed the railing on time. It looks wonderful and was one of the main focal points when the house was listed. The buyer commented that the staircase an new kitchen were the reasons she bought. I have recommended Jeff to many people since and will continue to do so. “Buying an old house, in a great part of town, with a bigger lot and great neighbors has led our family into an adventure in home renovation. Over the past year we have redone, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, the foyer, the fence, the mudroom and the entire exterior. We've learned a lot about the responsibilities of the owner towards supporting a home renovation (which I won't go in to). We also learned, the hard way, about the range of contractors, their integrity, work ethic, attention to detail and perseverance to actually finish a project. Everett met with us to design the various areas around our house and discussed at length what we wanted, then came back soon with a plan that encompassed all that we asked for: the type of interlocked stones, the colors, and the layout. He set a start date, was here on time, and finished it up in a timely manner, too. His workers were great and their work was very meticulous and they cleaned up every day. “I was in need of a new boiler system for my home radiators and hot water tank. Kevin responded right away and had his team there the next day to assess the situation and the new boiler was installed 2 days later. The very skilled Britt and his apprentice Andrew came to install and were tireless in their efforts. I don't think they even ate lunch. So, by the end of the day the old equipment was gone, our new much more efficient dual boiler system was installed and we are warm again!!! Britt and Andrew were polite and professional. They obviously new exactly what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. I was VERY impressed.
