We're so pleased that we took their recommendation because from the first time we met Bill, right through the build and onto the completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of himself and his staff. We planned to extend our house at the back and to the side (which we have done) but with advice and suggestions from Bill, who was able to guide us during the whole design process, we have managed to gain so much more from the build than we originally anticipated. Bill reconfigured the layout to allow us to also have space for a downstairs toilet/wet room and also a laundry room. He did all of this without compromising on the other key features we wanted to incorporate into our new kitchen/family room and study area. Bill also suggested installing 5 Bi-Fold doors across the back of the house instead of the planned windows and patio doors and the result is amazing. We now have maximum light and a feeling of space all day long as well as an uninterrupted view of the garden. Everything came in on budget and we're confident that no corners were cut to achieve this. I honestly can't recommend Bill and his team highly enough. They are friendly, trustworthy and reliable - exactly what you want when you have strangers working in your home”

“Dave completed a full extension at the back of our house. He was extremely professional throughout and both his own team and subcontractors were really friendly and respectfully. Dave ensured that each night the site was tidied and there was not an accumulation of builders rubbish left around the outside of the property. He was full of little ideas that helped tweak the internals to great effect. . We also did not have to project manage the build as Dave took care of this. Since the completion of the build, Dave has stayed in touch and helped out with any additional snagging or issues we have had. I would definitely recommend him not just for the quality of his work but also for who he engaged with us and made the project really straight forward.”

“We compared 6 builders when it comes to a tender pack stage and went for AD Construction based on a few references, plus a reasonable quote - they were not the cheapest though, to make it clear. Our project was a big job - demolishing everything to have one more room to add on the 2nd floor, loft conversion, kitchen extension and full refurbishment. Basically, we left a skeleton and build all from the scratch. Arben and his team were well-dedicated to our project. They had to put a few thick metal beams to start with and then, roof, brick walls, etc. and all was pretty much on time. He was proactive to raise issues with structure or design so we were able to fix anything required in advance, rather than later which can cause more money. He has a team with 10-20 years of experience (e.g. Tiler, electrician, plumber, joiner...) so when it comes to details, I can say all was spot on. They put in a new ensuite bathroom, flooring, shelving and a patio and decking in the garden amongst many other bits of work.
