“This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. “Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“Walker Properties just completed a fantastic remodel of our Jack/Jill restroom. From the initial meeting, Josh Walker was very helpful in guiding me to what would be most beneficial to the project and had several suggestions that saved us a lot of money and time. Josh was very straightforward with his estimate and broke things down in case we decided to do the project in stages. His crew was very meticulous, respectful of our time and home, and very accommodating when I decided to add something in mid-remodel(extra painting). “The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.”
