“From start to finish a great experience with a terrific result. Seth and his crew impressed us daily with their responsiveness, efficiency, and excellent work. In an old house there are always challenges, what you might expect and what you don’t, and every solution they came up with made the overall project even better. It was a lot to manage, especially during a year with shortages of building materials and subcontractors booked out for months. Yet SGK made everything come together. This is a talented and professional group, not to mention a pleasure to have around. Their respect for us, our home, and our wishes would assure them as our first choice for another job.”

“Chris worked on a wide variety of projects around our house including extensive external trim, which he finished beautifully. He also installed replacement doors and windows in a couple drafty locations, at a price far below the quote I received from a national window company. Chris was here when he said he would be, communicated clearly and charged us a fair price. I would highly recommend Chris for any professional carpentry job.”

“I have worked with Big County Builders on a couple projects and trust not only the integrity of how the business is run, but also the innovative thought that goes into the project. Josh not only worries about execution, but also thinks about design, logistics, cosmetic and aesthetics. This is important to me. I don't always have the know how, but have the idea of what I want and Josh always seems to find a way to fit the design of what I am thinking. He asks the right questions and talks about the important things. He does great work and would always recommend him!”

“Dave is an exceptional designer and builder. His knowledge and execution of a plan are professional, accurate and completed with integrity. His talents as a designer and hands on builder are remarkable. His versatility in his abilities to design and build traditional homes as well as more modern-style homes of every size is impressive. I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. He was always willing to hear design ideas and take things out of the box when I wanted to while keeping me within the box when I needed to. He only uses respectful and skillful crew memebers that appear to be loyal to him and admired by them.. I have never felt in better hands with the most important financial and emotional project of my life. I would do another project with Dave in a second! -Julie and her dog Novia”

“I had a fire in my home and much of the kitchen was damaged, we experience a grease fire. He came out to my home examined the damage, was extremely helpful in what would work for a design/colors that would make it to be my home. Unfortunately we did not hire him, but we are now looking to building a new home and once we decide on a plot of land, more than likely will be contacting him.”
