“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Very satisfied with their work on my basement. Professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. They were open to suggestions when it came to the specifics of the project. They were quick to remove all of the surplus materials when the job was done. That has been a major issue with previous contractors. Very happy, would use again.”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“Andre and his team did a fantastic job on my kitchen. We had a bad DIY backsplash job that he and his crew were able to take it out and fix the mess that we had made. They hung new drywall, tiled and painted. My kitchen looks amazing and I am so happy with what they were able to do. Also, the crew was on time, they worked fast, and cleaned up. I would recommend Maki Renovation and I would use them again.”

“My wife and I were undertaking an enormous project by gutting and remodeling our entire 5,000 plus sq. ft. house and by sheer luck we were introduced to Conrad and Mark at Formed Space. We truly were lucky. Their experience, organizational skills, craftsmanship, and attention to detail transformed our house into a magazine ready home. Their crew was polite and very trustworthy, and the quality was superb. Given my lack of construction knowledge and that we undertook such a large project, I was vulnerable to unnecessary expenses. But with Conrad, I felt protected through out the whole process. He was always looking out for our best interests. I can't stress how important it is to trust your contractors, and my wife and I trust Formed Space to the highest degree. On top of making our house look absolutely fabulous, they continue to come by our house to fix any minor issues. They place a high level of emphasis on details and take exceptional pride in their work. I will always be working with Formed Space on my future remodeling projects, and I have recommended them to all my family members. I would encourage anyone interested in a remodeling, no matter how big or small, to reach out to Formed Space and discuss your plans. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I am certain you will not be disappointed!!!”

“Having worked with many contractors in the past, I must say that I have never been as satisfied with the finished product as I have since The Tradition Builders entered into my life, and completed my kitchen rehab. Having just purchased my condo, I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen before I moved in. Tradition Builders came highly recommended from friends that used them on bathroom remodel a few months earlier. I contacted them to give me an idea of what they would do with my awkward kitchen to open up the space and make it as useful as possible. Ivan provided me with excellent ideas and guidance, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything suggested, as well as the time and money it will take to complete the project. Once the project began, he was in constant communication, and kept me updated on project’s progress daily. My beautiful kitchen was done before the deadline and I couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the overall delightful experience I have experienced with this incredible team. I am looking forward to working with them again on the bathroom remodel next year!!!”

“HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of project.”

Sam was willing to work around my budget and provide an honest opinion with the requested work. Furthermore, Sam and his team were always available to speak to me in person when I had questions regarding this project. I will definitely use them again for future projects.”
