“We have hired Constructive Builders for a few home projects and have been consistently impressed. When they did our hardwood flooring they were able to match to our existing stain perfectly. Eric also helped us determine the best route on a basement re-model project and brought many design ideas to the table. We absolutely love the results of both projects. Constructive Builders was cost effective and incedibly easy to work with. We will be calling them again for future projects.”

“Clark Johnson and Apex Mt Homes were selected by my wife and me from many contractors we knew in the area. Clark has done over 100 projects in the area and we loved the mountain look and the attention to detail as well energy saving methods Clark uses. In addition he brought us very innovative building methods, including Revit and pre-cut framing, yet still totally custom design that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. The process was fun and creative. What we liked was a home that was grander, warmer in feel, and repeatedly receives comments from guests who say great things about the beauty, livability, great layout, and attention to mountain views. We also particularly appreciated the transparent budgeting and expense tracking system that kept our tension level very low. We moved in a month early, below budget. We would gladly build with Clark and his team again. We also found that the relationship was oriented primarily on what we wanted. The team repeatedly showed great ability at creatively getting us unique solutions and attributes that we wanted without breaking the budget.”

“When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. I can not say enough good thing about these 2. If your looking for a contractor look no further!”

“Spirit Builders converted our old, outdated cabin on the Blue River into a completely updated mountain modern home our family loves. It was a 3 br 1 bath single family home whose entire interior needed a complete remodel, including all new plumbing, a new bath added upstairs, and laundry added downstairs. Jon is detailed, accountable, and creative - an impressive combination. He values quality and has a great network of suppliers in the area. Lastly, he was accurate about budget and timing. Spirit Builders was highly recommended to us and we feel lucky to have worked with them and have already and will continue to recommend them to others.”

They took advantage of all of the training resources that we have to offer and brought lots of great questions to us. It's obvious that this is a company that really does their back-end research and due diligence. Wish I lived a little bit closer to Boulder (for lots of reasons haha) because I'd happily have them build and design my net-zero dream home.”

“The guys from Iron Forest are very professional and provide highest quality of craftsmanship. We had multiple projects done by the crew and everytime the outcome was very pleasing. Between my ideas and John's (owner) and his workers', I was able to creatively express my idea of the project and they were able to put it to life; very often guiding me through and suggesting their own version/ small changes to make the project even better. The guys are pleasure to work with; always friendly and similing.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Blue Leaf. I was one of ‘those’ clients who continued to ask for more things beyond the scope of work I’d originally imagined. This was, in part, due to the fact that the work Phil and his team did was so beyond what I’d imagined it kept inspiring the next vision. At each turn they sat down and we worked out each new step, timeframe, budget etc. everyone who walks into the house stops and says, “WOW...this is an incredibly beautiful home.” And it’s true. They helped turn this building into a sanctuary of a home.”
