They provide a design coordinator, Mary-Jo, who helps you to make the many important decisions regarding, design , colors, fixtures etc...that are necessary when going through a remodeling process. We added more projects to the initial scope and he was still able to complete them quickly as well. Speed is only the beginning - Gilbert is creative and has wonderful taste/great design sense (he has BOTH technical and aesthetic skills - very unique). He went above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled with our decisions and the results the entire process. His pricing is broken down to an easy-to-understand and detailed structure, which we had also never seen before but greatly appreciated. Along with Gilbert, his team also became like family - extremely thoughtful, always asking if we needed help (even with unloading the groceries! :D ! ) and very professional. We have an infant and they were always careful to minimize noise, maintain cleanliness and even make her smile! They made us smile too - fun and easy-going, yet extremely talented, skilled and professional. Everything you could ever want or need, Cloud Nine Construction delivered.
