“Drew remodeled my entire kitchen along with two new double hung series energy package windows with capping. The kitchen looks 100% better! “There isn't enough space here to tell you how happy we are with the professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to stand by their work and easy-to-work with qualities of Hazley Builders. This is a father and sons business and Mike Hazley Sr. believes keeping customers happy, even after they have completed the job, sets them apart from other contractors. He is right about that. They constructed a new addition for us that is handicap accessible (new sitting room, bathroom, dressing room and closet) and it is beautiful. They went the extra mile with so many things, like reinforced beams, extra insulation, etc. When we had a problem with the new toilet about 6 months after the renovation was completed, Mike's crew was here to solve the problem, which was a manufacturer's flaw. His workers were careful about heeling in bushes and other plants that I wanted to preserve which they had to dig up to pour a new foundation for the addition. They replanted them once construction was done and everything lived and is thriving. I could go on and on. My best recommendation is the number of times I have recommended Hazley Builders to friends, relatives and acquaintances.”

“Chip, "The Head Coach," and his team remodeled my Master Bathroom. They were a pleasure to work with, from the first interview, through the design process, the daily progress and the finishing touches. Chip has a team of experts (plumber, tile setter, electrician, carpenter, shower glass, painter, etc) who come in when their part of the job is ready to be addressed. The homeowner can do as much or as little as they desire, in order to manage the cost, and also for the DIY satisfaction of being involved. He managed the schedule and kept the job going flawlessly. I always felt welcome to inspect and request personal touches as the remodel unfolded. They arrived every day on time and kept an extremely clean job site. The plastic “dust wall” they put up between the bathroom and bedroom was so effective that I hardly had to dust when the job was finished. The quality of the work is outstanding. My dream bathroom is now so gorgeous and functional I don't think the novelty will ever wear off. The whole experience was so pleasant and the result so satisfying, I would recommend The Head Coach for any home remodel project.”

“Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door. Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplace. We have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan Contracting. We recommend them without reservation.”

There are always issues to deal with in large projects and our experience continues to be that Hellings is focused on getting things done the right way. Since buying our home and adding to the original house, we've used Hellings to put in a whole house generator, to install estate fencing and will certainly have them provide a bid on a pool and patio project that we also have on our list. Hellings is not trying to be the low cost option, but they take pride in doing each project the right way.”
