“Michael Jones remodeled my kitchen. This included vaulting the ceiling, building new cabinets, new molding, new counter tops, skylights and lighting. I love my new kitchen. The remodel went very smoothly and I feel we were charged a fair price. I would hire Michael Jones again.”

“My husband and I have done probably 5-6 renovations - so we're "experienced" with the pain. Evergreen Development was the best experience we have had. All the folks they had working them (especially Tony and his wife) were kind, fun and best of all good at their jobs. They were respectful, cleaned up after themselves.”

“I'd planned on having a home built for years , but had always heard the horror stories of how big a hassle it can be. Thomas & Tanya of OZ Homes, (formally Loreto Homes) put those concerns behind me. They were great at explaining the process to me in layman's terms, so I knew what was going on, And as I was still living and working in Kansas City, I could not come down that often during the week to monitor progress, but they kept me updated via phone, text and photos. If I found any miscues in the construction (which were few and minor) it was usually caught by them and being corrected before I could even point it out. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“These guys were excellent. They spent an afternoon with us looking at a home we were contemplating purchasing and remodeling. It is obvious that they love their jobs, and are excited about what they do. This particular home did not work out for us, but we surely appreciated these contractors! Great vision, and practical as well!”

“Extremely professional, thorough and even good follow up to make sure everything still OK after replacing a faucet and a showerhead and repairing a water heater. Also fixed a wall that had water damage & it looks like new. Will have them back to replace weather-stripping and paint the garage door. Just referred them to a friend and I rarely do that. Very impressed with pricing and honesty. You got it...they can fix it!”

“Work was prompt and very good on clean up and follow up. Probably most honest/integrity contractor I have work with in past 30 years. I say this against a background of working with contractors/builders on both large and small projects and from the perspective of having build homes myself. What I really appreciated is that he responded to e-mail and texts same day and on weekends!! Over all good guy.”
