“My wife and I will soon move into our new Fairbanks Built home. This journey has been a wonderful experience-mainly because of Craig and his team. Since we are retired we have been able to spend a considerable amount of time at the site getting to know Craig and the very talented, creative, dedicated, and friendly professionals that make up Fairbanks Builders. They stayed on budget and when they had an idea that might exceed budget-they checked with us first. The quality of the product is very re-assuring. My wife and I almost feel like a part of the Fairbanks family. I am a fanatic when it comes to quality customer service. The Fairbanks team has that in spades which made this experience so enjoyable. I've been told by some that building a new house can be extremely pressure filled. Not with Fairbanks Builders!. High quality, extremely creative professionals, attention to detail, talented and commitment to customer service. That describes Fairbanks Builders!”

“It is my pleasure to review Leiht Restoration. This company has done many jobs for our household over the years. These include outside lighting, excavating, tree removal, roofing, room remodel with painting and new electronics and various other jobs. However the most difficult was the complete tear down and remodel of our kitchen area which was half of our first level. This included removal of a wall and placing of a support beam, creating a "kitchen" area for our family of 5 to function in for 3 months, and protecting the rest of the house from serious dust and dirt. This was all completed within the expected time frame with NO issues. In the" kitchen" he created I was only missing my dishwasher and oven. This was a big expense for us and Aaron respected this and handled everything. It has been the best investment we have ever made. The only thing negative I have to say about Leiht Restoration is that they are now located in Iowa and not Indianapolis!!”

“We used Harting & Hunemuller to build a family room, remodel our bathroom, and completely redo our kitchen. They provided us quality results at a reasonable cost. The crew was GREAT to work with, and were very accommodating in helping us "deal" with the construction activities as they occurred.”

“Concept to Creation and, owner, Travis Boyle did an outstanding job with my kitchen remodel. Travis and his team were very professional, very knowledgeable and cleaned up daily before leaving. Travis informed us ahead of time of what work he would be doing and when and how long it would take. We appreciated the communication because a kitchen remodel was very disruptive for my family but Travis made it as pain less as possible. He did an outstanding job in installing the stone around our fireplace! We have had many compliments and we always give credit to Concept to Creation and Travis Boyle. Don Walsh, Cedar Falls, IA”

“I had this company help with parts of a basement reconstruction post water damage issues. They painstakenly disassembled a large cabinet in a family room as well as the cupboards in the laundry room. They then re designed parts of the cabinets to modernize and refinished and rebuilt as necessary. They did an excellent job!”
