“High CALIBER QUALITY work is EXACTLY what we received from Anthony Rosario. We were in need of a kitchen remodel in our 1950's home...... Anthony and his wife, Carol, helped us every step of the way with this project. Choosing a design/layout, picking out all of the flooring tile, backsplash, counters and everything in between!! After the kitchen was taken down to the studs, Anthony came in and worked his magic!! He put up all the drywall--matching the new with the old...seamlessly!!! He created custom wainscoting, hung cabinets, built all of our trim from scratch! Because of the age of our home, I often referred to the project as putting a square peg into a round hole. HOWEVER, Anthony made it all fit together!! He had to customize so many things to make them fit in "this old house", and the result is PERFECTION! We couldn't be happier!! Anthony's pride in his work is evident in all aspects of this project-- he won't stop until it's exactly the way it should be completed. He sets a high CALIBER standard for himself and his projects! I highly recommend him for ANY job, whether it be a remodel or new construction, Anthony is the person you should contact!!!! With 20 years of experience, its guaranteed you will be thrilled with his work!”

“I had Irons build my 6100 sq ft. custom home in Ventnor NJ. The depth of knowledge John Irons provided was very reassuring to me and my wife. From the very beginning he worked with us and our architect to design a house that met and exceeded our expectations both from a design and cost point of view. Numerous times his advice saved us money and improved the layout of our house. John is so easy to work with and is honest with only the clients best interest in mind. He worked closely with my wife and offered design and even decorating ideas that even impressed our decorator! After we moved into our new beautiful home, John was always available to fix the little things that always come up. “I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. Truly Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects! (See pics of Northern Liberties bathrooms for our reno)”

“We hired Anthony to design and renovate our small South Philly basement. He and his team (big shout out to my main man Chuck!) did an amazing job. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls. He worked quickly and used his extensive connections to find us quality products on a budget. When issues popped up totally unrelated to his work, Anthony worked with our previous contractors to identify the issue, come up with a solution, and got them to pay 100% of the cost. Without Anthony we would have been out of luck! To this day, we go back to Anthony with questions and requests for recommendations and he always comes through. Like our concierge contractor! Hire Anthony, you'll be happy you did! (Yes I'm a real person and no I'm not a blood relative - have Anthony put me in touch with you if you need a reference)”
