“Nothing short of EXCELLENT in EVERY aspect. Never thought we'd consider building "fun" but Pinnacle indeed makes construction a good experience with their incredible people and focus on quality. The company was recommended to us by friends who built a home with Pinnacle, thrilled with the company through every phase of building. We then hired Pinnacle for a major garage and kitchen renovation. We were so pleased with the quality of construction and the amazing communication re: costs and progress, that we decided to build with Pinnacle over renovating! From the president of the company to our property manager, EVERY employee is enthusiastic, loves what they do, EXCELS in communication and client care. “Clark Johnson and Apex Mt Homes were selected by my wife and me from many contractors we knew in the area. Clark has done over 100 projects in the area and we loved the mountain look and the attention to detail as well energy saving methods Clark uses. In addition he brought us very innovative building methods, including Revit and pre-cut framing, yet still totally custom design that saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. The process was fun and creative. What we liked was a home that was grander, warmer in feel, and repeatedly receives comments from guests who say great things about the beauty, livability, great layout, and attention to mountain views. We also particularly appreciated the transparent budgeting and expense tracking system that kept our tension level very low. We moved in a month early, below budget. We would gladly build with Clark and his team again. We also found that the relationship was oriented primarily on what we wanted. The team repeatedly showed great ability at creatively getting us unique solutions and attributes that we wanted without breaking the budget.”

They needed to work on tight timeframes as The Gant only allows renovation work during limited windows of time in the Spring and Fall.
