“Housewright Construction did a great job on our kitchen. We had a wall removed, the ceiling had to be patched and painted, and we had new cabinets refinished. They did a great job, we are very happy with the results! You can't tell where the ceiling was redone and our cabinets are beautiful!”

“Greg did a major renovation on my 1974 ranch house. He was fantastic. The work was top notch--careful, intelligent, clean. When he thought something could be done more economically, he told me. He's SMART and thoughtful and also he's got great taste. I trusted his sensibilities. He was also easy to LIVE with, which is, essentially, what happens during a home renovation. “My wife and I built our dream home in Stowe, Vermont. Our relationship with Travis Cutler a partner at Donald Blake was most enjoyable, considering the size of this undertaking. We established a fixed price at the out set and knew any extras would be an additional cost. My wife who is an interior designer and who designed the whole house was very efficient and made sure all details would be submitted on time. So from the original estimation of 19 months the house was completed in 16 months. Our architect Cushman Design Group did not need to supervise, since he had complete confidence in the builders capabilities. All the crew were very professional and they took great pride in their work and it showed in the finish product. We would highly recommend Donald Blake Jr. for any future building projects. “After we bought a house in Stowe Vermont in 2011 we hired Patterson and Smith to do extensive renovations for our home, knowing that they had originally built the home in 2000. We extended the house to provide for a new entry and mudroom, and expanded and completely remodeled the master bath. The work was all completed with excellent workmanship, in a timely fashion, and within our allotted budget. Shap Smith was a pleasure to work with, expecially considering our permenant home is St. Thomas, VI, so we could not be present during the construction period. We got updates and pictures regularly, and when we arrived back in Stowe for Christmas everything was complete, working, and clean!”

“Beacon Hill Builders work is excellent and beautiful. And they are fun to work with. I had the pleasure of photographing two of their unique homes in the past three years. One was a complex circular three story design, where curves that are difficult to build were executed to perfection. Both houses have been published in national magazines. I was given all the time and help that I needed, and allowed to suggest views to them. They are very flexible and easy to work with. You will totally enjoy your experience with Beacon Hill Builders”
