Builders in Curraghatoosane, Co. Kerry

“We were delighted with the job Ronan did, completely renovating a little apartment for us. Ronan made great suggestions for improvements, particularly to the bathroom and kitchen, both of which he remodelled to make the most of space. The kitchen in particular is stunning, with loads of storage space ingeniously added to what was a tiny cramped space. Ronan has a great eye for detail and is an absolute perfectionist. Can't recommend him highly enough!”

“I was involved in a project recently where David was engaged as the Architect. It involved the modernisation of a 30 year old farm house bungalow in North Kerry. I was asked to prepare a tender on the project for a local contractor. I called to site to meet with the contractor, the client and David. We went through the drawings and any queries were answered promptly to allow us to prepare an accurate tender. The tender was successful and works commenced on site. David worked within the client’s budget and worked hand in hand with the Builders to ensure the project stayed on time and within budget. Any issues that arose by dealing with a 30 year house were dealt with practically and swiftly. The end result was a complete transformation of the house, from a dated bungalow into a modern dwelling taking full advantage of the space and maximising the potential of the site, while staying within the tight budget constraints. I would have no hesitation in recommending David Moriarty and his colleagues for similar works in the future and I know that David has already picked up further work from this satisfied client, by recommending him to his friends and family.”
