“New Era Contractors did an excellent job for me for a very reasonable cost. I had an extra room added to my house and they prepared everything for me - from design to plan preparation to obtaining city permits and of course, the construction itself. Their workers are respectful not just to the property owners but also to my property. With the room addition, they made sure that the rest of the house was functional during construction without any disruption to our lifestyle. I had a terrible experience from a different contractor that I had to take my family to a hotel for 7 straight weeks just because this contractor could not seal our living area. New Era made sure that I did not spend unnecessary costs in that regard. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.”

“APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. “Orion resurfaced our garage floor and in doing so transformed a 30 year old cracked-concrete slab into a polished work of art. Everyone who sees our garage floor stops and is taken by its polished appearance. No epoxy here… it’s all about polished aggregate… with slab crakes darkened as if to highlight their journey. “Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. “Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”
