“We had a new entry door installed. They provided great service, were on time and completed the installation in a very timely manner. They were very respectful of our needs and treated us like it was as important to them as it was to us. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore booties to protect my floor. I would highly recommend them. Good value and great quality.”

“We built a large pole building that included basic layout for 'living quarters', or what we refer to as a little cottage with a really big garage. In the 10 years since we've built the building they have come out without question to tweak small issues. (We have large sliding barn doors that have needed adjustment for example.) There have never been additional charges. They also led us to a contractor who would help with updates to the living quarters which was mostly our work. While people joke about being born in a barn we proudly live in one on the weekends, and have been happy with the quality of the work and the long term committment to the building, even through the tough construction environment in our state. Even after the passing of 10 years when I see a Morton building in our travels I feel like I'm seeing a friend. I'd highly recommend this company for it's flexibility to our plan, it's work and long term stability.”

“We asked Leman Builders to add another garage to our house. At the time, they were extremely busy but they agreed to do the job Jason and his crew met the time line for completion. Every man on the job site was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Workmanship was top grade. The final bill was exactly the same as the original bid, even though we asked for a couple of changes. We are asking him to come back this Spring to do some more work for us.”

“Dennis renovated my entire home and added approximately 1200 square feet to the existing footprint. This was a lenghty and complicated process that was estimated at 10 months and took every bit as long. We renovated 5 bathrooms and added another full bath as well as a master suite and guest suite and reconfigured much of the home taking everything else down to the studs. All new mechanicals and insulation and hardscape were done. The project was done with high quality and for at least 15% less than the closest estimate. Dennis was great through the entire project. As expected, there were ups and downs over the course of the year. If you aren't ready for some unexpected findings, don't even embark on a renovation of any sort. I say this as I want you to know this review is legit. However, every step of the the way, Dennis was at the project overseeing the work, answering questions, and keeping us informed. He is the job foreman and GC. It's his own personal business that he grew up working in with his father. Unlike many GC's he could put on a tool belt and do the job himself, and that gives him insight to know if the work being done is actually done right. I have referred Dennis to my friends and he has done work for 2. Both have been very happy. My wife and I love it when Dennis stops by to tweek things or just say hi. He is an honest and honorable man whom I respect. Contrast that with most people I know who undertook renovation projects. For most of them, the last time they saw their GC was in court. I recommend Dennis Kelbus without any any reservation. You should STRONGLY consider Dennis for your project of any size.”

“I had hired J&M Construction last year to do some remodeling on my home. My home was built in 1976 and it needed updating, no wall was square, floors were not level. I asked Jerry for some ideas and guidance for remodeling, I not only had him to assist me but his wife was able to put in some ideas. Karen (Jerry’s wife)was another great asset and had some great ideas. The work that Jerry did I cannot say enough positive about. He is meticulous about his work, he does not take short cuts. Jerry completely remodeled my first floor, kitchen, two living rooms, bathroom and hall. We are talking about removing drywall to the studs, closing an opening adding another pass-through in the kitchen. During all of this, I asked for an entire new stairway to the second floor. I wanted an oak staircase with spindles. My entire first floor looks great. I have been so impressed with the work that Jerry did I am going to have him do siding and gutters for me next. I have a ongoing list for him that he does not know about yet.”
