“We have called on Cornerstone Remodeling over the last 13 years to do many renovation projects for us in two different homes. They have ranged from two kitchen and two full bathroom remodels, hardwood, luxury vinyl flooring and carpet installation, fireplace refacing, painting, composite deck building, garage insulation and drywalling and full lower level finishing including bedroom, bath and family room. Ken and John Dachs are excellent craftsmen and very easy to work with. They make very good suggestions to solve unique challenges that have come up during the remodeling processes and were with us every step of the way during our various projects. We always felt very comfortable that things would be completed in excellent fashion at an economical cost. Besides having confidence with the work done in our homes, we like and are comfortable with them on a personal level, which is equally important. We feel confident in the Dachs’ work and have referred many others to them, which I think is the highest praise we can give to Cornerstone Remodeling!”

“Building our home with Rautmann Custom Homes (Chris Rautmann) was a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. When I had a question or change I always got immediate feedback. All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. “We hired Reality Construction to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement in Fall of 2016. Mike was absolutely true to his word in delivering on-time and on-budget. Both the timeframe and the budget he quoted us at our first meeting was what we paid. We couldn't be happier with our finished space, it truly completes our home. Mike and his team were easy to work with from start to finish. Mike checked in on the project almost daily and was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. He was able to take some of the ideas that we had and make them even better. The finishes the Reality team suggested and implemented were of the highest quality. Most of what we have in our lower level is nicer than what the builder put in upstairs! Reality gave us a beautiful, comfortable space that our family will enjoy for years to come. “We are in the final phases of building a new home with Hillcrest Builders. Our experience with this company has been amazing! Oyvind Solvang (Owner) is very involved with the home building process. He met with us many times going through our plans and options. He was accommodating, yet realistic with what we could afford. We felt comfortable and at ease with the open line of communication they provided. Everyone on their team has been helpful and kind. Jim Kelly our project manager keeps us informed of progress and what we can expect to see during construction. He is very attentive and always responds to calls or emails the same day. “Lakeside Landscape helped us remodel a 1950's house. We were very pleased with their work, both in design and quality of workmanship. They completely remodeled the kitchen and master bath, designed and built a large closet- dressing room, removing many tiny closets and an out of date ubath to do so. We were able to live in the house during the remodeling, so were on-site a great deal of the time. Their sub-contractors did excellent work. We have now lived in the house for approximately three years, and are very happy with it.”
