“We've worked with James Parivash for a quarter of a century now on several land development projects. (We provide Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services.) He has done a very good job doing developments for all of the projects we've done together. (We typically work together in Los Altos Hills, although we've done a couple of projects in other South Bay Area communities as well.) I highly recommend James and his firm.”

“I worked with Chad, the owner, on the redesign of my 1,000 square feet home, which includes a master bathroom addition and a new roof structure. Chad is easy to work with and his past experience as general contractor is very valuable when designing while paying attention to the overall building budget. He is a Green Building Professional and is on top of new products on the market. What I liked most is that he is very open minded about materials that he hasn't worked with and he did quite some research to give me professional advise. Chad does plan heated floors, which was the selling point for me when I was looking for a designer. Getting to know him over the course of the design project confirmed that he is a true expert in various areas. If I get stuck during construction and need independent advice, it is a peace of mind that I can always call Chad and get his opinion.”

“Needed my home rebuilt after a fire. Isidro was very professional, and explained all the costs to me. They gave me a fair price, and didn't try to sneak costs in like some other professionals I've worked with before. They were realistic, kind, and kept safety in mind, which is important to me. I did call quite a bit, but both Christina, who did most of the management, and Isidro were patient and very understanding. My sister came to visit and my nephew was chattering with Christina about what they were doing, and she was very patient and kind with the child. 10/10, I would definitely use this service again.”
