“B&M Building Co. and specifically, Joe Moser, has been an invaluable asset to our family and of course in building our dream home. B&M was responsible for 2 major additions as well as some other renovations at our house that were very well done and truly made our home complete. Years later, Joe is still someone I can call at anytime for assistance in almost any matter you can think of regarding the house. If I'm ever at a loss in finding the right person or company to call for current work at the house, Joe always leads me in the right direction. He's truly made himself completely available to us which is something we don't take for granted and really appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend B&M Building Co. to anyone looking for an excellent contractor they can trust.”

“We hired Johnny and Gigi to paint our entire household interior. They were extremely responsive, answered all our questions, and worked around our hectic schedule. They even worked around another contractor that was delayed and were super flexible. Because of their flexibility we were able to still move into our house on time. Most importantly, the outcome was simply spectacular! I searched hi and low and did not find any issues with their work product. With their reasonable pricing and superb service, there is no need to explore further. Proceed with confidence when contracting with Casita Palma Design and Construction.”

“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“I was really impressed with the design detail and the quality of the home that Sound Beach Partners was building -- probably one of the best we've seen. And, that's saying a lot because Fusion Bowling installs bowling alleys only in homes and resort amenity settings, so we get to see a lot of very luxurious and very large buildings. I was also impressed with the quality of the people who work for Sound Beach Partners. Doron Sabag and Jim Hoffman's team really knows what they are doing -- they are very precise and pour over every detail. It really takes a different mentality, different training, and different team to build a multi-million dollar 20,000 sq ft home than it does an average tract home. In short, Sound Beach Partners is one of the best luxury builders we've seen.”

Robert and his team were responsive, respectful of our need to operate during the construction process and finished the project on time and on budget. Robert really went above and beyond to help us to complete the project in a timely fashion. “We had BRT do a remodel and expansion of our 12,000 sq. ft. gym. The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.”
