“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“My project was a remodeled master bath. Gildehaus Construction (GC) was very professional and worked within the ideas I presented. The quality of the work was exceptional and the staff was very interactive with me to incorporate my ideas. My house was built in 1965 and therefore we ran into some unexpected issues with the plumbing. This caused over charges and at the time an estimated cost would of been helpful. So when the final bill was presented it was more than expected. However, upon review and negotiations it was settled to my satisfaction. The project took longer than expected but not due to GC's action or inaction. I would recommend Gildehaus Construction to others and more importantly would hire again. The final product is everything I wanted and exactly as I invisioned.”

“We used this company for a bathroom remodel . the job was completed in a timely manner and the result is a beautiful master bath! We removed a tub and converted the area to a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors. We are happy to show off our beautiful bath to anyone who visits! We had a small problem with the glass shower doors not staying closed. We called Nick and he was here adjusting the doors within 48 hrs. We are very happy customers and will call on him in the future!”

“Up until now the words "boutique builder" didn't mean a whole lot to me. I'm used to the Big Boy Builders (cookie cutters). When I met Shauna and Derek Rose my whole outlook on new construction changed! I had clients moving here from out of state and they are VERY SPECIAL people and they deserved the absolute best and I knew a cookie-cutter builder was not going to work for them! I was fortunate enough to have Rose Homes fall into my lap. The communication between all parties was amazing. There was no such thing as the "Seller", "Buyer", "Agent", "Builder", it was a team. They took every vision that was in my buyer's head and made it come to LIFE! Even when it was on a whim. I couldn't ask for a better experience. “Tom and his associates recently finished a major remodel of our home. We had the kitchen expanded with walls removed, a new hardwood floor throughout the first level as well as a new bathroom and renovated fireplace in the former family room which is now part of the kitchen. It was an extensive redo. He was professional, knowledgable, highly skilled and a caring professional in every respect. The quality of the workmanship is without peer.
