“Dear Matty, Nick and team, I’m finally getting around to thanking you for the fantastic job you did on my house. Everyone is so impressed and the architect actually asked me to let him know if I was ever considering selling! High praise from a man who loves good workmanship. It looks like it was here for generations even though it's less than a year old, but it has all the comforts of modern building standards. Thanks for making all the finishing bits so easy, from awkward shaped tiles to the amazing parquet floor. And all my friends have wardrobe envy – the doors turned out perfectly, and they are really in keeping with the old look of the house. I absolutely love the finished floor in the hall … It’s a real showpiece when people come in. Thanks for never minding when I changed the plan! I really think I’ve ended up with one of the nicest houses in the country and your multiple skills, attention to detail and approachability were huge contributors. “We hired DP Building to create an open plan area for an old 1970's house that had multiple ad-hoc extensions. They did a fantastic job on the new roof for the extension and incorporated a stunning patent glazing roof-light which every visitor to the house has since commented on. A real stand out feature. DP also built us a lovely patio for our garden, created a real flow from the garden to the house. The kids now spend all their time outside. Inside the house DP rewired, re-plumbed and re-insulated the house with all new plastered walls. Our BER rating went from E2 to B2. The plastering working was second to none. Overall the finish to the house was 5 stars. DP really take pride in their work and it shows in the final finish. Other than the excellent work and attention to detail and ability, one of the best comments I can make about DP is the personal. Every single one of them were professional and courteous. A genuinely nice bunch of people who made me feel very comfortable through all stages of the build. The build was completed on time, there were no hidden costs, no surprises. DP kept me updated through-out the build and did not rush off before the house was finished. They stuck with it till the job was completely finished and I have no qualms in giving them a 5 star rating. Highly recommended from a very happy customer!”
