We've hired him many, many times for two different houses. He diagnosed a leaking shower pan which had damaged a ceiling below. We got a whole new shower room when he had to take out tiles to put in the new shower pan. Very reasonable cost for stunning results. Our basement got flooded when our sump pump failed. Lee put in a new pump and rerouted the drain hose and set up a battery backup sump pump. No trouble since. Never, since we first hired Lee, have we hired anybody else for any problem inside or out.”

From a customer service standpoint, they’re exceptional. Your calls and e-mails will be returned. They also have a great team of sub-contractors and artisans, which have been with them for years. It is clear there is a level of personal pride that goes into each client project. They back that pride with a solid warranty program and in our case, we’re pleased that our project came in within budget. When your friends and family tell you your home should be in Architectural Digest---that’s just a bonus. It’s a big responsibility to build someone’s home.
