“We have hired old south 3 times over the past 10 years. The first time was to put an addition on our house, the second was to re configure my living/dining and family room, the third time was to completely landscape my yard and install a pool and covered pavilion. With each project, I only had a slight idea what I wanted. Thanks to the great design staff who took my half baked ideas and turned them into the beautiful property I have today. Any concerns I ever had were answered promptly. Even though this is a very busy company, I always felt I was their only client. The personal attention was awesome! I can't wait to have them back to re-do my kitchen.”

“My husband & I have had the privilege of working with Todd Reed & Ron Reed for many years. Todd was very helpful when we were trying to determine the house plan that we wanted to use to build our second home. There were some changes that we wanted to make to the original plan & he made the process so simple & easy for us. Todd was also very helpful in keeping us on budget. Ron was available for us it seemed like on a daily basis. He oversaw every step of the building process & made sure the work was done with excellence. After moving into our home they worked hard to correct the few issues that we had. We have also worked with Reed Brothers on a professional level as well. My husband has installed the septic systems for Todd & Ron for many years. They are always clear in the instructions of where the system needs to be placed as well as providing the proper permits & paper work for our job to run smoothly. “Blue, Green, & Red Construction did a wonderful job building my custom home in 2013. They paid great attention to detail and completed the job on schedule for the agreed upon price. The quality of their craftsmanship was excellent and their customer service was top notch. Follow up warranty service has also been great. I would recommend them to anyone needing a complete build or just a renovation.”

“Kristen and her workers Leo and Marvin are excellent to work with. Her subs are also extremely good, especially her tile people as they are true craftsman. We researched and interviewed several contractors before selecting Jill of All Trades. The great thing about Kristen is she loves her job and wants to make sure you are totally satisfied, and with me that is no small task. She is anal and OCD and more picky than you will likely be assuring you will wind up with a deliverable that you will be happy with. What impressed me the most was her willingness to collaborate on some tough decisions and being open to suggestions. Some of her prices may seem a tad higher than her competition, but that is because she goes above and beyond to make sure she delivers top quality. She does not nickel and dime you and actually did far more than she should have in some areas to make sure we would be satisfied with everything. We total gut and remodel of kitchen, and 2 a 1/2 bathrooms as well as stair railing and painting. At least 2/3 of our home was renovated and you could not ask for a better finished product without paying a high end custom home builder to build things to your exact specifications. I have no regrets about using her and will use her for future projects and recommend you look no further and call her for your project!”

“I was in desperate need of a bathroom and kitchen renovation before my entire family came into town for the Christmas holidays. I was concerned that I may have procrastinated on getting this project started and would not be able to get it completed on time. A friend highly recommended Superior Home Enhancement and I was more than pleasantly surprised when they ensured that they would be able to complete my very specific bathroom remodel before my deadline. The contractors were extremely professional and took the time to break down the entire project and were able to keep it a little under my budget. They were surprisingly tidy during the renovation and left no mess in other areas of the house at the end of the day. They were always willing and available to answer all my questions. Their high level of professionalism made the entire experience as stress free as possible during the renovation and their precise attention to detail resulted in a finished project that was exactly what I envisioned. “I could not have asked for a better contractor for our kitchen remodel. My husband and I have updated other areas of our home, but sought out a professional team for this large scale total remodel. The project included knocking down walls, painting, adding a new pantry, and adding new flooring/appliances/countertops/cabinets. Georgia Custom Construction was reliable and on time every day. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up every day before heading home (sometimes working overtime to get the job done for the day)! They communicated regularly on progress, answered all our questions with expert knowledge, and paid attention to every detail. They even made accommodations with my children and a dog running around while they completed the tasks. The huge job was successfully completed on time with no surprise fees or invoices when finished. I would use Georgia Custom Construction again and again for all my home projects - large and small!”
