“I can't say enough to accurately express how happy I was with the work Reid and his team did. Not only is Reid a perfectionist, but he is trustworthy, which for me was the most important factor in selecting a contractor to do the remodel for almost my entire new home. Reid has the project management skills to help plan and organize any project and he can do most of the work himself. I appreciated that when I needed additional help, outside of the scope of his general responsibilities, he always had a contact to come help me, at a reasonable cost. And knowing that Reid trusted his contact made me trust them. I also really appreciated that no project was too big or too small for Reid. I've had multiple back surgeries and have to be very careful about my physical activity. Reid helped me with so many little jobs to help me get settled in the house. They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. “As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job.
