“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“Before I tell you about our Euro experience, let me first say that generally I am a pessimist and I have never actually gone to the trouble of writing a review on-line. With that said, I think you are lucky to have EURO work on your project. Our first encounter with Euro was on a home tour where several of their clients opened up their homes to complete strangers to show off Euro’s work 1st hand. Fast forward to a leak in our master bathroom. We didn't think we could afford Euro and after a long process of trying to find the best & most economical contractor, we finally decided to put our trust in Euro. We are SO VERY glad we did. Melinda’s attention to detail and eye for design is unmatched. After only speaking with us a few times she was able to design such a beautiful space within our budget with very little input from us. It is like she got inside our head. We walked in to talk about the project and she had the entire bathroom laid out including the actual tiles in the design pattern. It was no nice to see exactly what the room would look like. It’s very important to her that you are going to enjoy living in the space for years to come. During the construction they took great care to make sure that our space was kept clean. They were always on time, professional, trustworthy, and friendly. We never once felt uncomfortable leaving while they were in our home. They do not cut corners, they will be honest with you about what’s going on and what your options are. In addition, they helped us navigate the claim with our insurance company to get more money than we would have. They met the adjuster & his manager in our home to show them the extent of the damage. We could not have done this alone. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor and can only hope that you are fortunate enough to work with Euro. We will never use anyone else for any project no matter how large or how small. It is worth every penny spent!”

“I can’t recommend Tracey enough. This is the second time we have used Tracey with help decorating. When we bought our new home the first person we thought of we wanted and needed was Tracey. I wouldn’t call any one else. She is very professional and creative. She is always very attentive to needs and understands our vision. She recommends and leads us in different directions we hadn’t even thought of. She has made my home beautiful and I’m so proud of it!”

New custom hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, fabulous glass backsplash, top of the line appliances, modern/contemporary style. “Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”

“I highly recommend Venteicher Renovations! Raelene and Joe helped us create the home of our dreams! They have an amazing eye for detail and ensured our project was well organized and went smoothly. There was one cabinet stain color that didn’t turn out exactly as I wanted and they were kind enough to get them repaired after we wrapped up the project- that is unheard of in the world of renovations and contractors!! Joe and Raelene are very caring, honest, responsive and professional- we had a great experience with them! Raelene is also a designer with amazing taste, I found her expertise and recommendations invaluable during our build process. Before meeting them, I worked with a designer to create renders of what I wanted, and they executed everything perfectly! I am including some pictures below of the renders and final outcomes. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and couldn’t recommend Venteicher Renovations enough!”
