“After sweltering through too many NJ summers without central air, my husband and I decided to put in a proper AC system this year. Since our house was built in the 1920s with radiant heat (no ducting) and almost no closets (where one might hide such ducting), we knew it was going to be a big, complicated job, and thought we'd need something like high-velocity AC. Tom came out, took a look at our situation, and explained a number of different options, finally designing a system ideal for this peculiar old house: dual Mitsubishi units (one in the basement, to cool the first floor, and one in the attic, to cool the second), with all ducting confined to the utility spaces. He accommodated our schedule for installation exactly as we requested it, was up front about costs, and didn't go over budget (he even upgraded a portion of the system at no additional cost to us). Perhaps best of all, his team was amazing: his guys (especially Mark and Jason!) were punctual, professional, patient, they explained everything as they went along, and they consulted me if they needed to make a change. They were also incredibly neat; they put down canvas to protect my (beloved) wood floors, and managed to do five days' worth of significant construction without doing any damage. They didn't even scuff the paint in our (super narrow) hallway, going up and down to the attic. And they installed a system that makes our basement and attic look very sleek and space age. I am always impressed by people who are good at what they do, and these guys are the best!”

“We used Cermignano to maintain and inspect our furnace. They provided excellent customer service and installed a humidifier in our furnace. They sent us reminders when items needed to be inspected. When it came time to sell our house they were able to come out and provide an inspection of the heating and A/C system to ensure that the new buyers were satisfied. “Jarman came to my house to give estimate for my wall unit in first floor. They were courteous, respectful, helpful and honest. I was so impressed witt the knowledge and Information they gave me about air conditioners. I needed up going with the job and the install was beautiful. I didn’t know how involved it was until I saw a hole in the wall and could see all the layers of birick. They added some new framing inside wall and secured new case. After they even put molding and caulked. Outside was repointed also and it matched my new stucco perfectly. They cleaned up inside and out and I never woulda known they were here. Great job and I’ll be calling them for my second floor next year. Another happy customer”

“John and DJ were awesome. They came to fix a leaking pipe for my upstairs bathroom. Through conversation they learned that I was waiting to have two doggy doors installed and they did it right there on the spot! They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves once they were finished. I highly recommend Bella Casa for all of your HVAC, plumbing, and other handy work needs!”
