“John is a true master and all-around good guy. We were roasting in the 95 degree + heat, certain that our office HVAC was dead. We called John Scarpelli to see what he could do. Not only was he there in 10 minutes (In the dead heat of summer) but found the problem was only the filter and batteries. He fixed the issue and refused to even charge us! The world needs more tradespeople like him. Now we are customers for life! Thank, Tony Izzo”

“Wilson and his team came out today in the time frame specified and were extremely attentive to accuracy and detailin the inspection of the HVAC in my home. My unit is 10 years old and original to the house when new, it's a Lennox and they knew the system well, did a very good cleaning of the furnace and somethings I'd never seen done. Wilson had a tool I loved, it showed the heat efficiency, and from what I googled it's an accurate measure for efficiency . I'm not a professional nor handy in the house but they took time to explain exactly what needs to be done when I power down the air conditioning and start the heater. I have a humidifier on the house for winter and that was cleaned complexly with explicit instructions on where to change it for operation with heater by Chris. They answered my questions on the longevity of the HVAC and explained the life of the furnace capacitor as well as the condenser capacitor . I strongly recommend them and advise you to use them. They own their company and take great pride in the work and I think they are reasonable . Good choice here and thanks to dexterous Mr. Wilson and his team!”

“Two years ago on Memorial Day weekend, I powered up my air conditioner and it made a horrible death shriek and shut down. I had numerous companies come to give me an estimate, but due to the time of year, most estimates were horrible. Finally I called Soundview. They were prompt, courteous and the price for a well known brand was right where it should be. I was so impressed, I also had them replace my gas burner and hot water heater. On the day of installation a team of five men worked for a full day to get my HVAC system installed and running. They were fantastic and did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. I highly recommend Soundview to anyone on Long Island.”

“End of May 2014, a few weeks ago, Jim and his employee removed my old A/C system and installed a brand new one. I had received three quotes and his was the best by a decent margin. My review: * He showed up on time and on the day it was agreed upon, * He was extremely careful not to bring any dirt into my house when he was walking through it, * He was very attentive to my requests * He finished his work on time and * MY A/C HAS NEVER WORKED BETTER!! I was truly impressed by his professionalism. I highly recommend him. I will call him for all my future A/C works. Chrsitian M.”
