The owner Chris and the rest of his team are great to work with and very responsive. “Rich came out on a Sunday morning in late July to fix my broken air conditioner. He was very nice, professional and not only fixed my a/c unit but he taught me a few things too about my unit. The cost was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone in central Chester County who needs an HVAC contractor!”

“My technician DJ was here a short bit ago. This is the first time I had met him. Like all the other techs before him, he did an awesome job. I’ve been with Aire Serv for many years and have NEVER had a complaint. He was very personable, very clean and respectful. I certainly give him high marks. By the way, I would also give the office people a ten plus for their courtesy and wealth of knowledge. If they aren’t sure of the answer, they will find someone who knows!”

“John and DJ were awesome. They came to fix a leaking pipe for my upstairs bathroom. Through conversation they learned that I was waiting to have two doggy doors installed and they did it right there on the spot! They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves once they were finished. I highly recommend Bella Casa for all of your HVAC, plumbing, and other handy work needs!”

“I will never use another cooling and heating company. Two other companies told me that I needed a new heating system. I thought their prices were way to expensive and decided to call a smaller company. Griff's Heating and Air showed up the same day that I called. Everyone was kind and respectful. A few minor repairs (about $150) and my heat was working. Griff's Heating and Air has great customer service and they are honest!!!”

“They replaced the old furnace with a new, higher efficiency model. They had to retrofit the new unit with the much older air conditioning unit, already in place. It took them over five hours, with lots of in and out of the basement with tools etc, but two years later the furnace has worked flawlessly! I am very pleased and would recommend them.”

“We used Cermignano to maintain and inspect our furnace. They provided excellent customer service and installed a humidifier in our furnace. They sent us reminders when items needed to be inspected. When it came time to sell our house they were able to come out and provide an inspection of the heating and A/C system to ensure that the new buyers were satisfied. They are a locally owned company that does great work.”
