“Christine sources the most incredible pieces and has an enthusiasm that is just infectious. She and her husband will move mountains to find just the right piece and will personally install to the most discerning standards. For our project, it included a very high end dual canopy umbrella which was calibrated to withstand the flow of wind through the client's garden grove. Highly recommended.”

“Honestly, a true treasure and wood working artist. I met Kevin a few years ago and asked him to construct two keepsake trunks for my 5 year old twin boys. He took keepsakes of my father's and made it part of the trunk in a way that only great talent and imagination can do. And the craftmanship is superb -- he takes such pride in his work and seeks beauty at every turn. Since then he has done 3 more trunks (and he will outsource what he can't do to perfection), a traveling tray for a sick father in law and a wine room table. Each of which is expertly crafted and built with great thought and care. I have so many projects that require that special level of care that are reserved for Kevin in my household. He is an artist and forgot to mention a great guy to work with Kevin e listens and stands behind his product for years to come. I could not recommend Kevin enough. Best Erin Russell”

“Jessica has a flair for merchandising. She has a wonderful spatial sense and is able to make wonderful arrangements that are visually pleasing. She often uses items in unique ways that are very interesting and functional. On top of that, Jessica goes beyond the required and expected. She puts customers first, sacrificing her personal time to make home deliveries and offer decorating advice. She truly enjoys her relationship with her customers which is evident in her bright smile and warm greetings.”

“Cadolino Custom Woodworking was very professional and thorough. I had an oak kitchen peninsula installed as a divider between my kitchen and dining room. You expect that the finished quality of a custom piece will be great. What really impressed me though was the attention to detail and the personal considerations both during the design phase and the installation. Angelo took the time to design the piece with input from me and offered options based on what would be the current and potential future use of the piece. My main concern was that the peninsula would look out of place between two rooms that are rather different but the design looked good and the piece when installed worked perfectly. The style and color of the piece matched my country kitchen perfectly on the one side and blended seamlessly into the colonial dining room on the other. The quality was excellent both in the strength of construction and its finish. The installation was done with minimal disruption to our home environment and the cleanup upon completion was immaculate. I would highly recommend Cadolino Custom Woodworking to anyone looking to have custom interior work done on their homes.”

“We have been buying furniture and household accessories from Fairhaven Furniture for nearly thirty years, and most recently as our adult children set up their own homes it is the place where our children most want to shop. The items in our home which we acquired from Elizabeth and Kerry - our cherry dining room table, our down-stuffed curved living room sofas, side tables and bedroom furniture - are the artistic touches we love most in our home. Lao, Colleen and Mark have helped us to purchase beautiful pieces for our offices now too, from stressless chairs to sleek couches (we now own two sizes of "the Michael" sofa). On the rare occasions when we have chosen an item that is too big for the space or just doesn't quite look right the staff has helped us without hesitation, removing the furniture back to the store and helping us to make a better choice. There are times I go down to Blatchley Street with nothing in mind to buy, just for the pleasure of looking around at what's new. It's a visual feast of beautiful wood and vibrant materials. Nothing is mass produced, everything is made with care and invention.”

“We hired Willie for a second time because we love his quiet, thoughtful manner of thinking with us about the best solution for our problems. This time, we asked him to replace the sliders on all of our bathroom and kitchen drawers and to re-build the fronts with "better material." Willie, like us, loves our house for its unusual design --- a four-story tree house with a funky mixture of new and old materials. He convinced us that the plywood fronts to the drawers would look great if just sanded and refinished and that they would match the rest of the house. He also removed a half-wall and extended some shelves -- a process that unearthed an uneven floor. Unflappable in the face of difficulty, he did the best job I could imagine with this problem.”

Steven met with my husband and they discussed stories about our family and the importance of family gatherings as it related to the restoration of our dining room table. Steven took the time to listen to our stories and as he was listening, he was gathering ideas of how to personalize the restoration of our table. The personalized touches he added to our table brought tears to our eyes and to this day, our daughters comment on those amazing personalized touches.
