“I worked with Mark Wang from Designs Autralia to design and create a new kitchen. Mark visited and consulted with me over a period of weeks while together, we panned the outcome I was hoping for. He provided drawings and samples of materials and answered all my phone calls and inquiries with patience and professional expertise. I was extremely happy with the result, both with the artistic outcome which was beyond even my best expectations, and with the overall quality of the cabinetry he provided. I would recommend him very highly on all aspects of the work. He is not only extremely experienced, but he is a principled person ready to take full responsibility if the work fell in any way short of his promise. He was courteous and friendly and a pleasure to work with - he took all the stress and worry out of the project for me and I had the bonus of enjoying my own ideas mediated by his extremely good taste and superior knowledge. Mark stayed in touch from beginning to end and remained engaged with each stage of the project. I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to call him again for any job I wished to embark on, it was a very positive experience.i would be extremely likely to recommend him to others.”

“I chose wgu design as a representative of Caneline outdoor furniture. Admittedly I was a little hesitant because the business was online and Eric was not in a showroom where I could actually see the product. However, ten years ago I purchased 2 Cane line armchairs and a table for our apartment in Docklands, Melbourne. So many outdoor furniture items are so light and flimsy that they would have been blown away. For over 8 years these items tolerated high winds and where exposed to the elements and even today (after 11 years) they are still in great condition. That is why, when we built a house and I wanted outdoor furniture, despite looking around at lots of cheap replicas that don't stand the test of time - I added another 2 armchairs, a sofa and 4 sun lounges with cushions to the items I already had for 11 years. Eric was extremely professional in every possible way. He replied to my emails promptly, provided me with quotes within 24 hours and personally dropped off fabric books for me to choose colour schemes at my leisure. Honestly, the service was so good that it was a pleasure to deal with Eric and in a world where customer service is not always a priority it was a pleasure to be able to trust a company and not have to chase them up, or complain about something. I would recommend Wgu design in a heartbeat and Eric was a dream to deal with.”

“I have redecorated my new photography studio space. The owner Cindy was extremely helpful. I showed her pictures of my space and she helped me pick out the wood finish colours and fabric that would match my prints and decor. I ended up purchasing a colonial sofa, an easel and shelf with a drawer rack and I could not be happier with the service. Although the furniture did take 15 weeks to arrive it was worth the wait for my custom pieces.”

“This bean bag looks great, high quality and was delivered super fast. My only minor criticism was that the recommended 5-6 bags of beans was no where near enough which meant another trip to collect a few more bags. In the end we added 900 litres (9 bags) of beans but you could get away with 8. At $12 a bag this adds up.”
