“I recently contacted Sue and hired Kitchen, Hearth, and Home of Binghamton, NY to service my Hunter fireplace insert as I was having an intermittent flame shutdown issue. They do do not handle Hunter and advised me Hunter is out of business for fireplace inserts and that if parts are required, they would be very difficult to get. They were willing to do a service call to see if they could help. Their service technician came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem by measuring voltages to electric valves and made the easy fix, no parts required. Unit now operates well.
