“Primary Electric came out to give us a 2nd opinion and ultimately an estimate for replacing all of our breakers, the box and rewiring the microwave to its own circuit. Chris came out on time as agreed. He was professional and respectful. He gave his diagnosis and answered all of our questions. He came back with a quote that was very reasonable and about $2500 less than our first quote. In fact, our first quote, from a local chain electrical company, was extremely expensive and didn't even address the actual problem! When Chris and his associate came out to do the work we were really impressed. The outcome, their work, their professionalism... we were really pleased. The inspector who came out to review their work, as it required a permit, was also impressed. We would work with Primary Electric again hands down. Very honest, professional, on time, fair and friendly.”

“We were completely without power (of course - after business hours!) and figured we needed a full panel replacement. John was the only pro in the Twin Cities that would come out after 5pm on a Friday. He came out right away and got us running temporarily. He gave us a fair estimate on a full panel replacement, but he is so honest that he figured out a permanent way to fix our system with just an upgrade, and for less money. We were thrilled with his work and his customer service skills. He comes from a long line of electricians and it shows.”

“We remodeled a nearly 100 year old home. Signature Electric took care of rewiring the entire house and did a fantastic job! Scott, the owner also helped with lighting design and placement - and it is the thing that we get the most compliments on. From day one they hit the ground running, were always on time, and did fantastic work. We can't recommend them highly enough. “I contracted with Ray of Light for my EV level 2 charger. Adam is an expert in this area and I am so glad that I found him. He is very busy but he arrived on time.
