Steve Mercer, Steve McCue & the Fortress Team did an excellent job on this 100% TURN KEY Project, in difficult winter work conditions; meeting our exacting spec - Product (Best in North America), Price (Very Competitive), Performance (Outstanding), and Principals (Kept their Word, Put out Tremendous Effort). Fortress delivers VALUE for MONEY --- Guaranteed. We are a firm of professional engineers owning & operating rental properties in Hamilton; and we are well experienced in preparing project specs, selecting suppliers, and ensuring project completion standards are met. Fortress Inc. met our requirements with NO failures. Steve Mercer is a truly reliable, trustworthy, straight talking, and exacting professional. He is as picky as we are about --- delivering the Project cleanly & compliantly. The houses where the work was done --- were left inside finished bedrooms & outside the house IN A CLEANED & FINISHED State. Looked like no one had been there. No Mess - No Unfinished State.
