AND not only was everything completed ahead schedule but to my surprise, when all of the incremental billings came in, it was under cost. “The team at Master Builder did a great job and were extremely professional. We hired them to remodel our all our baths and kitchen. The work included new tile, new cabinets and new bathtub installation. The kitchen included new design with all things installed. They outsourced some of the plumbing but performed most of the work themselves. They are detail oriented and left a clean work area each evening. They used the garage for their shop throughout the remodel and it worked fine. They also bring a trailer with an impressive array of professional tools. Everyone listened to our questions and suggestions. They were fair about changes or mistakes which happens with any large jobs. My only recommendation is to get clear understanding of the type and frequency of communication you want to receive. I like emails answered in 24 hours and had to learn that isn't their style so if I didn't get a response in 48 I'd email back with an ETA for the response otherwise we were very happy. They were always prompt and arrived when scheduled. This is a great team to work with and I'm confident we'll have them do more work in the next few years.”
