Project involved designing kitchen and dining area consistent with original architectural features and style of home, and complete renovation including demolition to the studs, all new plumbing and electrical, cabinetry, appliances, lighting, etc. Team was responsive to questions/concerns, sensitive to the fact that we were living in the home during renovation, and detail-oriented. This project has taken over a year and Steve has never once disappointed. He is meticulous with details and only subcontracts with the best of workers. He is on site every day and involved in every detail. No one works harder than Steve to make his clients happy.”

“I have used the ReDevelopment Group to build 2 homes and an office. The latest project was a contemporary 4500sf home north of downtown Indianapolis. Each project was a true partnership between the homeowner and the Redev Group. We have been very pleased with the overall process and end product. I appreciate their willingness to implement new ideas and ability to cost engineer important features of the buildout. On our current home, they were able to help me source and install limestone blocks and aluminum panels for our roof and bumpouts, something that is very uncommon in residential construction in downtown Indianapolis. As with all big projects, there are always hurdles in the process but Micah and Josh do a really nice job responding to hiccups and making things right for the homeowner instead of trying to sweep mistakes under the rug. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.”

“Wonderful experience with electrician and plumber. Our favorite part of the process were the carpenters Russ and Tim. Not only are they nice people, they are so very skilled. Negatives: the owner of the tile installation co. He was rude rude rude. He was late or no showed every. single. time. we had a meeting with him and he outright lied to us more than once about various things. His workers were nice, but the owner negated any reason for us to ever deal with him again.”
