“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. “We are rebuilding our home and spend quite a bit of time looking for a custom iron front door with an eyebrow arch. After deciding what we wanted, we received a quote from three companies. Baltic Iron Doors and George Mondragon stood out for many reasons. Their price was extremely competitive, they offered cad drawings of the door with approvals from us prior to making the door, we viewed the door making process at their facility, the craftsmanship was A+, and we were able to view our door and give sign off prior to delivery and installation. In addition, we received calls with status updates from the warehouse on the stage and expected come toon date of our custom door. “Bill Eiler is the first person I call when starting a design project. He heads up my Dream Team of tradesmen. He is professional in every sense of the word. A skilled carpenter, talented designer. His work is beautiful. He is punctual, courteous, great at troubleshooting. I would not do a project without him. I met Bill when he remodeled our master bathroom in 2010. He built and installed wainscoting, cabinets, a gorgeous frame around the mirror. The following year he helped me re-configure the kitchen with new cabinets, built in double ovens. I trusted his guidance and am so pleased with the outcome. He also converted a walk in closet into a home office for me with a desk and cork board on one side and file drawers with cabinetry on the other side. A small but very functional oasis for me to work. Bill and I just finished remodeling a house in San Clemente. He constructed new cabinets for the kitchen, media center for family room, a new vanity for the powder room. The absolute show stopper is his built-in bed for the girl's room. He designed elegant casements for the doorways in the dining room and master bedroom. His craftsmanship is evident in every room of the house. We are starting a new house this week!
