“Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. We love that the home is energy efficient and overall we had a great experience with Sonderfan. The project stayed on track despite difficulty arising from our bank not funding draws on time and Hurricane Harvey, Jeff didn't miss a beat. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We made several changes along the way and Jeff catered to our needs without breaking the bank. We would use Sonderfan again.”

“Fred Parker and his son Ron Parker are currently building my new home, and the quality and professionalism is outstanding. They are extremely thorough in planning and anticipating situations and formulating solutions to prevent unexpected problems. They use only high quality and reputable subcontractors. Their goal is to build a home that will stand the test of time. Fred Parker has been building homes for 50 + years, and recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association for his contribution to building issues in Fort Worth. Update Dec 2015: I have been living in my beautiful home now for a year, and the follow up service by Fred Parker has been outstanding. Fred and his son Ron treat my home like it their prized possession. They take so much pride in the quality of the work, their service, and their client relationships. I highly recommend them to anyone considering building or remodeling .”

“Medford Remodeling was recommended by a co-worker. I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area. I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors. I was very impressed with their expertise and guidance. I love the final results of the entire downstairs floor!”

“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! “Crimson Design did the interiors for my living room and my daughter's bedroom in 2011 and since then has furnished my study this year. Micah and her Staff are very professional and knowledgeable and listen to what you would like done. They then use their expertise to incorporate a lot of what you requested but put their professional touch into the design. I would highly recommend Crimson Design. They are a pleasure to work with.”

“Rick and company did a complete redo of our kitchen-down to the studs in 2015. Opened up a wall between our eating area and our den and changed the location of 2 doorways to give us more cabinet space and a better 'flow' for entertaining. His subs were top notch and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We only had a couple of things that had to be corrected and this was done in a timely fashion. Our home is 80 years old and the necessary care was take when needed. Rick listens and makes good suggestions to improve your ideas. Budget was respected and met. In 2017 he added a large pergola over our patio that extends to our pool area .This is attached to out house so we didn't want just anyone drilling into our home. It is exactly what we wanted. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Would recommend him 100%. Can't say enough good things about Rick and his staff!! The Wheelers”

“Whitestone Builders and the owner, David Gordon, has had a working relationship with Collaborative Design Group Architecture and Interiors for over 6 years. We have primarily provided him with interior design services for his spec homes and for the majority of his clients for that time period. We do all of the cabinetry design as well, and have just started to do some of his architectural work too. David Gordon is one of the most reputable builders that we work with now and cannot recommend him highly enough. He has assembled a great new team of project managers, and provides a multitude of services to his clients – his most significant is his PCA, Pre-Construction Agreement for new home buyers. This allows David to help them with lot selection and purchase, design direction and the selection of the right architect and interior designer for the project, and has proven to be a popular offering among his clients. It is a great way to bring a professional of his caliber into the initial custom home building process, especially for a new buyer. Whitestone Builders has an exemplary record with our clients as well, David is a man of faith and that shows through in his dealings with our mutual clients. His projects have garnered him numerous awards, and he is active in the houston building community and has acted in numerous leadership roles. Whitestone Builders was named Custom Builder of the Year for 2012 by the Greater Houston Builders Association, their top award in the city. We have enjoyed working with David over the last six years and hope to work with him well into the future.”
