“McCarthy and Son designed and constructed an addition to our home. From concept to planning to acquiring permits the project flowed very smoothly. The addition included a new kitchen, dinning/bar area and rec room. They kept our existing structure, kitchen included, livable and protected from the elements during the whole process. I am a construction manager at a major mid-Atlantic university and I can state that their quality of the work is second to none. From excavation to footings to framing to the interior design and its execution this is a first rate project. I would recommend McCarthy and Sons to anyone without reservation.”

“We hired Oak Construction to design and build our home. We went to Mike and Matt Purnell with ideas and pictures. Both were able to guide us in our choices to keep within budget and suggest alternatives that enhanced our ideas. Deadlines were met in a timely manner. Communication was open, frequent and always accessible. We had total trust in the advice we received from the Purnells. They built our house as if it were their own.”
