“Had Buildtech in after recommendation from my Insurance company. Water leak happened on a Bank Holiday weekend and Buildtech were on the case immediately. They rectified the cause of the leak and managed the repairs to the ceiling and walls. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work from Derek the plumber , Alan the plasterer , Justin the decorator and Harry the carpet man. All were punctual , efficient and their work is to the highest standard. A big thank you to Robbie who managed the whole project despite some significant obstacles in the course of the work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will use them in the future .”

“I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. From start to finish they were thoroughly professional, extremely polite and very patient. They treated our home like their own. We had one chimney removed from top to bottom and another chimney breast removed. We also removed another solid wall. It was an amazing transformation and made all the easier as the parts of the house that they didn't work on but passed through everyday were left spotless. They also gave us some great advise along the way. They have a very positive attitude, which for us was extremely important. Some of the builders that we talked to told us certain things couldn’t be done or wouldn’t be worth doing. Shane and Mark’s attitude was pretty much anything can be done. We will be using these guys for any future work that we may need done.”

“Working with Regina saved me time, money and mistakes. She was able to visualise an overall design concept that I don’t have the expertise or eye to create. She integrated my ideas when they worked or adapted them when they didn’t fit the scheme (and she was always right!), Without Regina, the renovation would definitely have taken longer, cost more and been far more stressful and I definitely wouldn’t have a home that integrates together as it does. Regina is brilliant at researching and sourcing suppliers, materials and products. I love every room and the overall look of the house. If you are planning a renovation and care as much about the design of your home as the build, I recommend you work with Regina. I now have a home that I love and I wouldn’t change a thing – thankfully I had Regina to subtly steer me away from some bad design decisions during the project.”
