“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“We have used the end to end Ridgeback services, from planning support, design through to build. Our first meeting was 6 years ago and are still bombarding them with new projects even as we speak they are finalizing a garden room and day bed area for the garden! They are reliable, trust worthy and their design department has been a real source of unique ideas and solutions. The site team are tidy, take pride in their work and are generally good to have on site. Overall their unique ability to take a client brief and translate that into practical solutions is what makes them unique. They build for each client as individuals.”

“Red Studios designed and built a large wardrobe, 2 shelf units and a matching headboard for what is known as our dressing room. They delivered and installed everything on time and to budget and were helpful and pleasant throughout. They also followed up a few weeks later to check everything was still okay, which it was. I would happily use them again.”

“After living in Sandhurst for many years and extending our old property, it was always my dream to have the house Paul created for us. We purchased an old run down property in a perfect location but needed someone that could transform it into our dream home. We had heard how good Paul was and his attention to detail, so when he came round to listen to what we wanted, it was clear he was the only person that could make our dream come true. His knowledge and experience quickly created plans that were beyond our dreams and he came up with ideas that we would never of thought of. His ability to visualise what was possible from the run down property was mind blowing and the way he developed the plans allowed us to go on an exciting journey to getting our dream home. Once plans were created, and permissions were granted by the council, Paul then magically made the plans come real, but beyond our expectations. Words cannot describe the attention to detail and if things weren't done to his standard then he would redo it until it was perfect. The result is a home beyond our wildest dreams and a home that our family loves living in everyday. He's created the wow factor that everyone who visits comments on. I suspect Paul is in demand but if you are lucky to get him then I highly recommend you embrace what Paul can provide for you.”

“To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

“City Lofts London came highly recommended to me through a friend when I decided to have a loft conversion. After initial consultation was prompt and the team had a plan of action in place. It was not easy as we had to live in the house whilst the work was in progress. But the project was carried out complete to our satisfaction and consideration to neighbours during work. “Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”
