They are very quick to respond to any questions and always making sure I was happy with everything. I used Jennifer Kemp Design Services to help pick out everything from tile, light fixtures, paint, and decor. I would still be picking everything out if it wasn't for Jennifer. I was very indecisive and she was quick to pick up on what would work for me and my space and making it work with the items that I was keeping. I would highly recommend J. “Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“Two months prior to my due date with our second child, a contractor we hired to rearrange our master bedroom walked off the job. We were left with half completed drywall, wires hanging from our ceiling, and a completely destroyed carpet. Seth and SDC came in and not only fixed the sub-par job the previous contractor had done, but exceeded all of our expectations. He is professional, courteous, and absolutely saved the day. Seth and SDC also converted the stairs in our 1942 cape cod from a dangerously steep angle. The end result was perfect. He followed plans to the utmost detail, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result! We are now considering adding an addition onto our home, and will not be contacting anyone but Seth and SDC. To find someone that is not only incredibly talented at what they do, but is also professional, timely, and kind is worth its wait in gold. We cannot recommend Seth or SDC enough!”

“We were lucky enough to have Tyler come to our home to help us design our new kitchen. He always arrived on time and was very professional and curteous. Of the professionals we talked with, he was the only one who truly listened to what I was saying I wanted and liked , instead of telling me what I should want and like. I cook and entertain A LOT and Tyler really took that into consideration when making the plans for our space. He had the "anything is possible" attitude, but at the same time really kept our budget in mind, and made amazing plans, so, we went with him. We couldn't have been happier!! We have had terrible experiences in the past with remodeling projects, so we were a bit worried, but Tyler put all of those worries to rest! His plans were AMAZING! The color scheme I had wanted and LOVED, all soffits removed, plumbing and electrical re-routed, existing lighting removed, new lighting installed (the perfect amount!, I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but he was right!), all appliances moved into much more practical places (and places I would have never thought of), beautiful cabinets (actually gained cabinet space with his design!) with incredible hardware and under cabinet lighting, quartz countertops that completely fit my "wants" that I didn't even know existed (I love quartz but the look of marble, so he found me quartz that looks just like marble,!), an enormous island that is the perfect size (but again I would have never thought I could go that big, but he knew what he was doing!) and an absolutely gorgeous limestone backsplash!! He hit the nail on the head over and over! There wasn't one thing that we wanted to change with his plans! I was shocked! It was even more amazing than we ever thought our outdated and dark kitchen could look! Not only do we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen, he kept us totally in budget and got this big project completed in a VERY timely manner (which was WEEKS faster than the other bids had quoted!). We LOVED working with Tyler and would do it again in a heartbeat!!”

“I have known Martin in a professional capacity since 2001. We initially worked as colleagues at two different mid-size architectural firms over a 2 year period. Martin first came to my attention as a highly skilled Drafting Consultant who was working on some of the more complex projects in the firm. When I moved on to a different company and was asked to recruit new talent, the first person I thought of was Martin. Martin eventually came on board at the new firm and carried a significant project load from day one, allowing his new employer the luxury and financial windfall of billing out a very large and complex luxury multi-family housing project with a modicum of actual manpower. After I founded my own firm, I again recruited Martin when I needed help to complete my own multi-family housing project on a very tight timeline. I gave Martin one of the most challenging technical tasks, that of cutting wall and building sections through this five story building. Martin rose to the challenge and delivered accurate, technically sound work on time and on budget. I knew from past experience that I could count on Martin and he did not let me down. It has been wonderful watching Martin grow his architecture firm into a highly-sought after practice. Martin's attention to detail and craftsmanship shows in all of his projects. His background as a Danish carpenter with many years of architectural practice gives Martin a unique design perspective that other architects simply do not have. “We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”
