“My husband and I retained Integrity to build a new cottage on our property on the north shore of Lake Simcoe. They are a design build timber frame firm. There are three principals each with a different responsibility. Phill is the designer and with our input we settled on a beautiful design for a timber frame hybrid very quickly. We then decided to proceed with the firm after checking out references who raved about them and we are so happy we did. The project is being supervised by Rob and Gerald is in the back ground providing the timber frame and the SIP panels and other custom construction materials. Integrity is providing the shell with most of the outside finished and then will supervise the trades who complete the interior. Our site supervisor, Joe has a great crew and the care in workmanship is obvious. Integrity has also been very careful will our treed lot which we appreciate. We are really pleased with how this project is coming along and highly recommend this firm to anyone building in the Lake Simcoe or Kawartha Lakes region.”

“I found Harry online after contacting a few other contractors. He was very professional and the only one that met with me for a consultation without asking about my budget. The others I met all ask right away what my budget is and they don't bother to provide a consultation if your budget is too low making me feel non-worthy of their time. Harry was very professional, personable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We sat down for over an hour and discussed what I was hoping to achieve and create for my custom wall unit. He was very precise and made measurements and notes to take home with him in order to provide me with a accurate quote. I found his pricing to be very reasonable and we were exceptionally happy with our final wall unit. I really appreciate the entire process as he always took his time to explain, very patient with me as I made numerous revisions and always provided his expertise to make recommendations where I wouldn't have otherwise imagined. The wall unit turned out better than the drawings and is now a big statement piece in our house. The quality and craftsmanship was beyond what we expected. Our living space has completely transformed beautifully yet at the same time practical enough to store the excess junk out of sight.
