If we'd tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just don't have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. For example: (1) They know how to deliver a GREAT renovation, and to do so, they work with you carefully, and they work with contractors they trust. They are communicative start-to-finish (forgot something? tell them! need to follow up after the job is done? give them a call!). (2) We have used Incredible Renovations to renovate our master bathroom, our bedroom, our hallway and study, our trim around windows, and now our driveway and security gate and fence. We are thrilled with both the process and the result. (3) If anything deviates from the original plan (and you are unrealistic if you think there will be zero wrinkles in a big construction project!), they will be professional, honest, quick, and friendly in handling those issues to your ultimate satisfaction.
