“Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. During the estimating process - they seemed to be very detailed and made sure to let us know of any challenges that they may come across - this helped us feel comfortable in the sense that they would not give us any surprises with constant change orders - resulting in additional money paid out throughout the project. We were most concerned in the waterproofing process for the shower and floors since we have had problems with this before in another bathroom at a previous residence. They used the most innovative and best products out there when it came to waterproofing. They maintained open communication throughout this process, in particular, because they knew it was something we were concerned about, which helped give us peace of mind and made us feel like our money wasn't being wasted away. Furthermore, after the bathroom was finished, my husband and I were so happy with the outcome. Everything came out perfectly. All the time and money invested into this project became worth it. I can now enjoy a walk-in shower inside my new beautifully renovated bathroom, and appreciate all the design details we spent weeks deciding on, such as the new sink fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, color scheme, tiling, etc. I thank Greenwise Construction for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into our bathroom project. I definitely recommend Greenwise Construction to anyone looking for beautifully detailed craftsmanship - I even feel like we underpaid for the perfect details that went into everything. “We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”

“We got a number of bids to remodel our kitchen and settled on Golden Star Development due to a very good price and Martin, the owner. He seemed genuinely interested in making our kitchen what we wanted and providing helpful advice on small touches that made it even better. His foreman, Juan, and the whole crew were great and in two weeks we had a completely new kitchen. The only delay was our fault as the backsplash tile got stuck in customs (between Canada and the US), but Golden Star was very accommodating, coming back as soon as we received the tile. All in all, very low hassle, excellent price, respectful crew and wonderful job done. Would recommend them to anyone in the LA area.”

They put together a great scope of work that not only allowed me to upgrade some of the things I wanted in my home but fit things I needed to do. “I hired Katu A&D for layouts on my basement/garage renovation to a 1 bedroom apartment. Communication was very professional and the ladies worked with my hectic and odd schedule. They were very interested in getting to know what I WANTED! In very little time from the initial visit I was provided with 2 different floor plans (3D model & a blueprint for the contractor - complete with measurements). My most pleasing experience working with Gaelle and Kate is that 2 days after I received the layouts, Gaelle outreached to me and stated that they noticed that I seemed a little disappointed that the layouts did not include a bathtub (I love bath tubs); they had already had a adjusted layout ready for me which included the bathtub!!! I've already started recommended them to others & will continue to use them for future projects :-)”
