“Gregory Thomas designed and oversaw the remodeling of my kitchen, the Corvallis Blue Kitchen as seen in his projects. He listened well and understood what I wanted, helping me refine my ideas and blend them with his. His design changed the kitchen without changing the footprint which shortened the job. Work started and was finished on schedule. While things such as under counters drawers for china storage will allow me to age more gracefully in place, that the new kitchen functions well is topped by the beauty of the space. Jeremy initially helped us with the demo portion of the project to get started drying out the slab and framing. We were so impressed with his knowledge, suggestions and work processes that we contracted him for the entire remodel project. Working through the many constraints present in the Houston area at that time with regard to qualified sub-contractor and materials shortages he still was able to get our home remodel project completed and had us living back in our home by Christmas of that same year. In addition to getting us put back together, Levitas was able to include several upgrades and changes to our kitchen and bathrooms which reflected a more modern and upscale appearance and no doubt added substantial value to our property.
