“My husband and I have worked with Samantha Grose for the past 1-1/2 years during a whole house remodel plus addition. We both highly recommend her as someone who is very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable in many areas and just an absolute gem to work with. She takes the time to get to know your personal sense of style, likes and dislikes and guides you in decisions without imposing her own will on you. She is just plain helpful when you are faced with what could be a daunting task. It takes talented, goal-oriented leadership with a proven plan to complete a remodel project on time. JP&Co follows what for them is almost a “cookie cutter” process that moves the project along at a comfortable pace…delivering the remodeled home back to the owners when promised. It takes skilled artisans and craftsmen who, taking pride in their work, produce a completed remodel project that is almost breath- taking, for the home owners. “Robbie, Adam and there entire crew were great to work with. We had a large project at hand and they completed on time even with my many changes along the way. I love my new kitchen, bathroom and main floor laundry room so much I hired them back to do my master bathroom! “I the owner of the "Maple Hill" home in the Access Design profile. I have now worked with Jeannine from Access Design on multiple projects in two houses, and have been thrilled with the results every time. Jeannine's skills are far reaching as she has completed several types of projects for us: designed built-in cabinetry, made interior and exterior color selections, designed the layout of our kitchen/dining/entertaining area, coordinated the creation of custom drapery and window treatments, and helped select many finishes such as flooring, tile, countertops, lighting, furniture, wallpaper and accessories. She also worked hard to collaborate with me on design ideas/choices, and did a great job in my house incorporating our current furniture pieces into our new design. Jeannine is easy (and fun!) to work with, is reliable and has excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend Access Design for your next home improvement project.”

“We would highly recommend Pillar Homes to build or remodel a home. We had our home built by Pillar Homes in 2011, and have been satisfied on all accounts- from the design process, to the build, and follow-up once we moved in. We were able to express our ideas and visions, and Pillar helped us shape them into reality. They listened carefully to our needs, but still allowed us to direct the creative process. A healthy home and environmentally responsible build were also high priorities, and a big reason we chose Pillar Homes and KC Chermak. The experience was fluid and surprisingly lacking in stress. In addition, we built our home while living in another state, and the Pillar team made it all work.”

“"Suzanne worked closely with us to help provide thoughts and support for working our way through the many decisions we needed to make to define all of the details of appliances, colors, surfaces, lighting, etc. We could not be happier with the outcome. Tim was very easy to work with on the construction side and did a great job managing all of the details, schedules and sub-contractors to deliver what we had envisioned generally within the timeframe planned. He was also effective in insuring every aspect was completed to our satisfaction. The result is a new kitchen and sitting room that is much more functional and beautiful.”
