“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! Only Bridgemont Properties could have executed this incredible transformation of our urban space. What was once a small, dreary bungalow became an open, airy and bright urban oasis. “Toronto Custom Concepts. I have recently moved into a builder home and wanted to redo the kitchen, I took my time researching and a name that kept coming up with a few friends of my was Toronto Custom Concepts. The first class customer service and quality is what set the TCC team apart. While their price came in a little higher the some of our other quotes, it was an easy decision to make for my wife and myself. Our kitchen looks great and working with the team at TCC was one of the best experiences I have had when doing renovations. “POSCHE. Design & Build did a great job remodelling my kitchen. They were able to work well with the constraints of my space. They brought some great-looking samples for me to choose from and made excellent choices on elements that I deferred to their designer at One X One Designer, Hilda Mohseni. They showed dedication to delivering a quality-looking kitchen, redoing the cabinet rope lighting on their own accord when they thought they could do better. The POSCHE. team showed tremendous pride in their work, and superb skills in levelling out a bowed floor to even all the lower cabinets. Just a phenomenal team to work with. Highly recommend POSCHE. “I needed to renovate my elderly mom's Toronto condo. It was in bad shape. Nobody would go in. I was moving mom to Calgary and I wanted to rent her place right away for her and I didn't know any contractors in Toronto. I received a quote from Cozy Casa Homes. The next day Cozy Casa Homes met me at the condo, took measurements, came back with the best quote of four I had, negotiated fairly then started demolition three days later on Oct 7. I went back to Calgary on day 2 and Cozy Casa Homes sent me progress photos every day and completed the job completely unsupervised by me. Day 1 while I was there, everything was removed and new materials started coming in. Within two days I had 3D layouts of the new kitchen cabinets and counters. In week 2 the tile and floor was already in and in the third week the entire kitchen was installed and it was DONE and ready to be rented in less than 3 weeks. I was really happy because Cozy Casa Homes took care of everything. They picked materials, paint colours, flooring and tile, bathroom fixtures, tub, toilet, vanity, installed a complete new kitchen with cabinets, pantry and built a separate laundry room. All of the electrical outlet, switchplates and door handles were replaced with new. Fan and heating vents were all repaired and refinished. All of the lighting was replaced with new LED lights. It was a complete modernization. Cozy Casa Homes brought in all the vendors and subs needed to install and complete the job. I was 2000km away looking after mom and these guys took care of everything. They were nonstop every day. They worked with the building management who reported that Cozy Casa Homes was excellent to work with and kept things clean and adhered to all the condo regulations. Cozy Casa Homes went beyond and found an excellent vendor for appliances and coordinated delivery. Cozy Casa Homes found me a broker for insurance after mom's RBC Insurance refused to provide liability and renter insurance. Cozy Casa Homes kept in touch daily and stayed on budget. On October 27 I had a brand new home and was able to rent it Nov 1. It was gorgeous and lots of people were knocking on the door to rent it as word spread throughout the building. If you have a project, you can't go wrong using Cozy Casa Homes. They were honest and respectful of my mom's property and the hurdles I faced. They respected the people in the building affected by the construction. The people at Cozy Casa Homes all have an excellent work ethic and have an amazing team of workers and vendors who obviously get things done quickly and efficiently. Never in my life have I had someone do such an amazing job in less than three weeks. Highly recommended.”

“We hired Fraser Homes Inc. for a full home renovation. We included design services with the work, which was a service we highly relied on for a cohesive overall project--Mark delivered! From beginning to end, the services provided by Fraser Homes was professional and reliable. We moved and removed walls, enlarged a patio door and window, relocated the kitchen, updated three bathrooms, re-wired, updated plumbing, added an entry door, updated all flooring, waterproofed, changed the stairs, and replaced over 80% of the existing interior. The work was on time and we were consulted when issues arose and provided with reasonable options. We were kept up to date on the status of the renovation and had regular meetings to discuss our goals and likes. Mark and Rod had our best interest in mind throughout the job and treated the project as if it were their own. This is not our first major renovation, but this is the first time we have had a contracting company we could trust and rely on completely. The Trades brought in were high quality, monitored by Mark and Rod, and the finished project is outstanding. We are proud of our home and will use Fraser Homes for any future home projects.”

“We hired M@W to help us design and build our studio space in Toronto. The site was an ancient double bay garage that had formerly been stables. We ran services and natural gas to the studio, tore down a section of the central dividing wall, dug and poured a new floor and drain, replaced the roof, installed HVAC, new windows and doors. In just under 5 months our studio was up and running. These are some of the nicest people you'd ever have the joy of working with. Paul the owner is as interesting to deal with as he is interested in the projects he undertakes. We're now in the process of looking for a new property to combine live and work and we will be working with Men at Work bar none!”

“Hi. I am a realestate agent & love selling beautiful homes. Andrea - the owner of ADM just re-modeled a listing of mine - I am telling you it went from dated to fabulous in a couple of weeks! She & her team did a wonderful job & are so easy to deal with. I have had the house on the market 1 day & already have a very interested buyer & several showings booked. The house was on the market for 6 months with another realestate company & they got no offers. Andrea also re-did the kitchen & living room of a friend of mine & it too went from 1950's drab to fab - my friend is now contracting to do the rest of the house. Another friend of mine has had her redo the whole upstairs and loves it. I also recently visited a home Andrea did for the annual Pickering College Xmas tour - I was really impressed - she did a make-over of the whole house & it showed marvelously! And she also recently showed me a huge house she has been doing over the years as the owners change with the times & this house was unbelievable - the crown mouldings, the kitchen, the hand-painted murals - all very impressive. I also sold Andrea a beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright style home that was a bank repo & in agonizing condition - you should see what she's done for this home. “I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”
