There are three principals each with a different responsibility. Phill is the designer and with our input we settled on a beautiful design for a timber frame hybrid very quickly. The project is being supervised by Rob and Gerald is in the back ground providing the timber frame and the SIP panels and other custom construction materials. Integrity is providing the shell with most of the outside finished and then will supervise the trades who complete the interior. Our site supervisor, Joe has a great crew and the care in workmanship is obvious. Integrity has also been very careful will our treed lot which we appreciate.
