“I recently purchased a condo and needed to replace all of the end caps on the blinds it came with (they were 20 years old and breaking). They were incredibly helpful in sourcing the parts I needed and, not only that, delivered them right to my door in Sidney (saving me a trip to Colwood) because they were coming out to do house calls in the area anyway. Above and beyond service for what amounted to a $23 sale for them.”

“We had the good fortune to find Lyn’s Draperies when we were looking for someone to update the window treatments in our living room. We had no idea of what we wanted or of what would work in the room. That was no problem for Lyn. She came out to the house, got a sense of what we had and what we needed, and then proceeded to guide us through the process of finding a style compatible with our home and appropriate fabrics not only for the drapes but for a chair, window seat cushion, and couch cushions. We couldn’t be happier with the results! More importantly, we appreciated the superb quality of Lyn’s work, her willingness to make the 40+ mile trip to our home on several occasions, and her unfailing patience and good humor while working with two real amateurs who did not always agree with one another. Paula assessed the situation and quickly provided coverage with roller blinds that allow me to easily control that problem.
