“I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. Once Dustin made the estimate visit, I knew they were the best choice for me. The estimate appointment was done with email and scheduled in a timely manner – I loved this. Dustin was professional and helped me make the right selection for my windows. His product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident with his counsel. My install was today - Dustin and Jose installed the window coverings in no time and vacuumed up after their work was complete.
